Advantage Civil Engineering, PA (ACE) is a full service site development civil design firm. Since 2005, our civil engineering designers have been committed to creativity, innovation and a developer friendly attitude. ACE maintains excellent working relationships with multiple county and city managers, as well as economic development directors in the region -- some of whom ACE has assisted with obtaining grants, developing master plans, and creating large development feasibility studies for large government-owned properties. The ACE team seeks to add Low Impact Development (LID) solutions to our projects whenever possible to help cut costs, while crafting sustainable design solutions that meet or exceed environmental expectations. In addition, we offer a profitable and marketable turn-key process for projects our clients can be proud of from conception through completion.

ACE is fortunate to enjoy an excellent relationship with the City of Asheville Planning Department and Engineering Department staff members and has been involved in numerous Level 3 and conditional use re-zoning projects. These projects require meetings with the City Asheville's Technical Review Committee, Planning and Zoning Committee and City Council.
